Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast options could be improved, a bit limited. Nice that it's near the casino and offers a shuttle service. The fitness center has decent equipment. Bed comfort wasn't the best during my stay. Enjoyed the bike tours around the area too.

The room was clean and spacious with friendly staff. I enjoyed the convenient shuttle to the casino. Beware of noise from kids in the halls at night. Limited breakfast options and no parking spots available when busy. Loved the nearby walking tours for some outdoor fun.

A clean property with a great location near restaurants and gas stations. Plenty of breakfast options. Communication was lacking. Even with prior arrangements to add family to the room, my request was declined based on unfounded assumptions. The room cleanliness fell short—dusty surfaces, moldy odors, and poor drainage. Staff response to a late-night emergency was disappointing. This place has potential, yet service inconsistency overshadows it. It’s unfortunate because I had high expectations; they need to address these issues to regain trust.

I loved the convenience of being just a short walk away from fantastic restaurants like LBV Steakhouse and vibrant spots like Presque Isle Downs and Casino, along with beautiful parks such as Headwaters Park and the Erie Zoo, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city on foot; the quiet atmosphere and clean rooms added to my overall enjoyment of the stay, but the process of payment at check-in could use some improvement.

The check-in process was a nightmare; I arrived an hour late and still had to wait. The staff's attitude was off-putting, and the room was dirty. Such a bummer for our special trip.

Renovations are underway, and the cleanliness is impressive—rooms are immaculate, and plenty of towels are available. The breakfast had good options but could use more variety over time. Unfortunately, the staff’s handling of my room request was disheartening, lacking empathy during a personal emergency. I also noticed bugs in the bathroom and dusty corners, which is disappointing. The walls are thin, making it tough to sleep, but the comfortable bed helped. Despite these issues, there’s potential for improvement if the management can step up their game.

Hot breakfast buffet was solid & free tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Samantha at the desk helped us check in early, huge plus!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was reasonable enough.

From the moment we walked in, we felt like VIPs! The staff was so welcoming and the room was spotless with plenty of fresh towels. Every morning brought delicious breakfast options and fun live entertainment to enjoy!

The hotel exceeded our expectations for the value. The breakfast selection was very good with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle irons, bagels, yogurt, and more. The staff was super friendly and delivered a toothbrush within 1 minute when we called at 2am. The room was clean, comfortable, and 100% smoke-free. Easy access to all destinations in the area via the interstate with plenty of parking available.
Felt so comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

the room had plenty of space and a cozy arm chair and footstool. the bed was super comfy and the fridge and microwave were clean and efficient. the breakfast spread was impressive, especially the fresh fruit. the location was convenient, with easy access from the highway, and there's a sheetz and a casino right across the street.

I chose Baymont for its location near Presque Isle Downs and Casino, but was pleasantly surprised by the helpful customer service agents and the convenient free continental breakfast. The nearby restaurants at Peach Street Square were also a quick drive away, adding to the overall convenience of the hotel.

We were impressed by the convenient location and the friendly, eager-to-please staff at the hotel. Despite some minor inconveniences, our stay was enjoyable and the breakfast was great. I'll recommend this hotel.
